1. Who we are

DuWhatchuLuv is a livestreaming and social network operated by Mr.DuWhatchuLuv ("we", "us"). By creating an account, streaming, posting, chatting, sending gifts, or purchasing anything on the network, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Community Guidelines, and the Privacy Notice below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You confirm your date of birth at signup, and accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed without notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything published from your account.

• Keep your password private; tell us immediately if your account is compromised.
• One person per account. Do not sell, rent, or transfer an account.
• Impersonating another creator, brand, or the host is prohibited.

4. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of everything you create. By publishing on the network you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reformat, and promote that content on and off the platform for as long as it remains published.

• You confirm you have the rights to everything you broadcast, post, or attach.
• Music from the in-app catalogue is not owned by you; posts using it publish a rights disclosure automatically.
• If music you do not own plays during a stream, you must disclose that on stream.
• We remove infringing content on valid notice and repeat infringers lose their accounts.

5. Payments, gifts, boosts and subscriptions

Prices for gifts, premium membership, post boosts, and creator subscriptions are shown before purchase and may be changed by the host at any time.

• Digital purchases are consumed immediately and are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• Premium membership renews monthly until cancelled; benefits and badges end when a payment is missed.
• Post boosts run for the length you purchase and do not guarantee views, follows, or revenue.
• The platform retains a 5% fee on creator subscriptions.

6. Monetization

Monetization is granted at the host's discretion after identity verification and is subject to the published requirements, which may change. Payouts can be paused or reversed where fraud, chargebacks, or guideline breaches are involved.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, hide streams, time out or ban accounts, revoke badges, or close accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Creators and their moderators may also time out, ban, or block viewers on their own channels for a length of their choosing.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The network is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, specific audience growth, or income. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost content.

9. Sponsorships and collaborations

Sponsorship and collaboration offers are agreements between you and the other party. Read them carefully; we are not a party to those agreements and do not guarantee performance or payment.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Sections on content licence, liability, and payments survive termination.

What we collect

Only what the platform needs to work.

• Account data: email, username, display name, date of birth, and country.
• Profile content: bio, avatar, banner, links, channel description, storefront items.
• Activity: posts, streams, chat messages, gifts, follows, subscriptions, and moderation records.
• Stream analytics: watch time, approximate country, and age band of viewers, reported to creators in aggregate.
• Payment records for gifts, premium, boosts, and subscriptions (amounts and dates, not full card numbers).

How we use it

To run your account, deliver streams and posts, calculate levels and payouts, prevent abuse, and show creators aggregate audience statistics. We do not sell your personal data.

What other people can see

Your profile, posts, streams, follower count, badges, and level are public unless you set your account to private. Your following list is always private. Specials-only posts are visible only to the accounts you add to that list.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your content, control activity status and who may message you, block accounts, turn off email notifications, or delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from the network.
