Community Guidelines

You must be 18 or older

DuWhatchuLuv is an adults-only network. Everyone who creates an account confirms their date of birth at signup.

• You must be 18+ to create an account, post, chat, send gifts, or go live.
• No minors on stream as hosts or co-hosts, and no content that targets minors.
• Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed without warning.
• Monetization requires identity verification proving you are 18+.

Respect the people here

DuWhatchuLuv is an open, creator-first network. We keep moderation light, but harassment is not creativity.

• No threats, stalking, hate speech, or targeted harassment of a person or group.
• No impersonating another creator, brand, or Mr.DuWhatchuLuv himself.
• Disagree loudly if you want — attack the idea, not the person.

Weapons

Firearms and other weapons can appear in content (range days, hunting, collections, gaming, music videos). What is prohibited is using the platform to trade them or to threaten people.

• No buying, selling, trading, or brokering firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon parts.
• No instructions for building firearms, explosives, or other weapons.
• No pointing a real weapon at the camera, at another person, or using one to intimidate.
• Weapons must be handled safely and legally, and never by minors on stream.

Graphic and violent content

Mature and gritty content is allowed when it has context. Gore for shock value is not.

• No real footage of death, mutilation, severe injury, or animal cruelty shared for shock.
• Real-world violent or bloody content must be newsworthy, educational, or clearly fictional/gaming.
• Mark intense content as mature in your stream title so viewers can opt in.
• No content that glorifies, promotes, or recruits for violent extremism.

Adult content

This is an 18+ friendly network but not an adult site.

• No pornography, sexual acts, or full nudity on stream, in posts, or in avatars.
• Absolutely no sexual content involving minors — this is reported and permanently banned.
• Sexually suggestive content must stay off the main page and be labelled mature.

Sensitive information

Protect yourself and everyone else. What goes on stream cannot be unseen.

• Never share another person's address, phone number, workplace, ID, or private messages (no doxxing).
• Never show your own or anyone else's bank cards, bank details, or account numbers on stream.
• Never share passwords, one-time codes, API keys, or login screens — blur them before you go live.
• Never share government IDs, passports, SSN/tax numbers, or medical records.
• Do not solicit personal or financial information from viewers, especially minors.
• Check your background, notifications, and browser tabs before broadcasting.

Illegal and harmful activity

Anything illegal offline is illegal here.

• No sale or promotion of drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit items, or hacked accounts.
• No scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or fake giveaways.
• No encouraging self-harm, suicide, or dangerous challenges.
• No spam, bot-inflated viewer counts, or engagement farming.

Your content, your rights

Only stream what you have the right to stream.

• No copyrighted music, films, or paid broadcasts you do not have permission to restream.
• If music you did not create plays in the background of your stream, you must state on stream — and in your stream title or description — that you do not own the rights to the music.
• Music attached to a post publishes an automatic rights disclosure; do not remove or contradict it.
• Credit collaborators and don't re-upload other creators' work as your own.
• You must be 18 or older to hold an account, post, go live, or monetize.

Terms of Service (summary)

• DuWhatchuLuv is an 18+ platform — you must confirm your date of birth at signup and accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.
• You are responsible for everything you broadcast, post, or send on DuWhatchuLuv.
• We may remove content, suspend streams, or close accounts that break the Community Guidelines.
• Monetization requires identity verification and is granted at Mr.DuWhatchuLuv's discretion.
• You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a licence to display and promote it on the network.
• Sponsorship offers are agreements between you and the sponsor — read them before accepting.

Breaking these rules can result in content removal, loss of monetization, or account termination.
